The Assembly Dharmas are transcripts of talks given by  Gampopa to his assembled students. Each assembly lecture is about 30 minutes long and presents a concise and accessible teaching on some aspect of dharma. In this second set of assembly dharma talks, Gampopa presents his unique perspective on a variety of dharma topics including impermanence, relative and absolute truth, appropriate view and conduct for dharma teachers, and three aspects of Mahayana practice (yoga of mantra, yoga of stuff and yoga of dharma).Five talks on five CDs. These recordings are recorded in a "Mainly English" format.

  • Because Khenpo Karthar often speaks for long periods of time in Tibetan when he teaches, his long monologues have been curtailed on this CD recording (audio) to preserve the continuity of the teaching and make listening easier. Thus the voice heard for the majority of the time is that of the translator. DVD video recordings include all of the Tibetan.
