Rinpoche gave Shinay instructions as part of two talks in his 2002 teachings on Saraha’s Doha for the King in Crestone, CO. Those two excerpts have been compiled into one CD. This 24 minute teaching is a wonderful source of practice instruction for individuals who are new to the practice of meditation. Even if you have been meditating for some period of time, you may find it helpful to listen to these instructions to ensure that you are getting the most out of your meditation practice.
