On this DVD is a 75 minute talk by Lama Kathy Wesley in which she both introduces the Amitabha Sadhana and provides instructions for practicing the sadhana. This disk concludes with a complete Amitabha Sadhana practice session. The audio recording of the practice session plays while the words of the sadhana scroll by on full screen so that viewers can use the recorded session as a guide for their own practice. Because in the Karma Kagyu tradition the Chenrezik and Amitabha Sadhanas are always practiced together in the same session, this is a "companion DVD" to the Chenrezik Sadhana DVD by Lama Kathy Wesley.
