Excellent graphics showing the syllables to be visualized appear on-screen. Also on this disk is the audio portion of a Chenrezik Sadhana practice session at KTD monastery in Woodstock, NY. The words to the sadhana scroll by on full screen so that viewers can use the KTD session as a guide for their own practice session. This one disk is a brief but excellent introduction to the Chenrezik Sadhana.
