Lojong takes many forms. Acharya Tashi Wangchuk gives engaging and creative teachings on the four reminders, emotions and cultivating loving kindness and compassion. Acharya brings these teachings alive with interesting analogies and written assignments designed to encourage students to apply these teachings to their own world. These talks conclude with a teaching on the practice of Tonglen. Acharya offered numerous opportunities for questions. These talks were given at Ponlop Rinpoche’s 15th Annual Treasury of Knowledge Retreat in Texas in 2006. Acharya is the resident teacher at Nalanda West  in Seattle, where he teaches regularly.
