Mahamudra refers to the unfabricated wisdom nature of mind. Experiencing this nature of mind is a genuine experience of freedom from the bonds of conceptuality, hope and fear. In these talks, The Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche provides teaching on the nature of mind, including methods for working with thoughts in meditation, resting in the present, and bringing meditation to our post-meditation world. He teaches methods for resting the mind and for analyzing the mind. Rinpoche leads guided meditation sessions and teaches on correcting misunderstandings of mind, as well as six methods for bringing mahamudra practice into post-meditation.
